Application

Step 1

Your application is the beginning of your journey with Pointer towards a successful career in sales

Review

Step 2

Our team will review your application - all applications are considered for all current roles. 

Screening

Step 3

We assess your application against the available roles

We will either progress you for an existing role, and let you know you will be considered for future roles

NOTE: All incomplete applications stop at this point

Interview

Step 4

If we believe you will be suitable for a current role, we will request an interview. 

How candidates communicate at this part of the process is as important as their resume - this is where our actual interactions start

 

Second Round

Step 5

All placements have a second round with Pointer or our clients

We get you the official offer - we celebrate, take a deep breath, and dive right in.
