We’re growing fast and making noise across the industry, and now we’re looking for a Senior BDM to drive expansion across Victoria.
You’ll lead high-value conversations, build strategic relationships, and partner with technical teams to solve problems that really matter.

What You’ll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities via outreach, research, and networking
Run the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement
Meet clients face-to-face, understand their challenges, and craft tailored solutions
Partner with technical teams to align on feasibility and solution design
Track industry trends and compliance shifts to stay ahead of the curve
Regularly report pipeline progress and hit ambitious revenue targets
Represent Triskele Labs at key industry events and conferences
What You Bring:
Proven experience selling in IT, tech, or cybersecurity, ideally in consultative, long-cycle sales
Confidence managing complex deals and multiple stakeholders
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A strategic, structured approach to pipeline development
Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events across Victoria
Bonus: Any formal sales training or business development certifications

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
