In-office role based in Penrith, work with the full team, get trained on the floor

What You’ll Do:
Qualify inbound marketing leads (MQLs) through structured outreach
Book meetings for the Account Executives and manage handovers
Follow up on warm leads and build trust fast
Learn the basics of outbound: email, LinkedIn, video, phone, and start generating your own leads
Keep the CRM (HubSpot) clean, current, and actionable
Work closely with marketing and sales to improve campaign performance
Smash targets and earn your way into running your own deals
You’ll Be a Fit If You’re:
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Organised, structured, and coachable. You take feedback and act on it
Comfortable in a KPI-driven environment (and maybe a little competitive)
Interested in marketing, digital, content, or tech (background not required)
Great at writing emails and crafting messages that sound human, not robotic
Bonus: You’ve worked in retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service, or studied marketing/business

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
