Our client in the Property SaaS space is transforming the property management space with tools that make life easier for agencies and operators alike. We’ve got a suite of smart, intuitive solutions—and a growing list of customers that need a trusted partner to help them get the most out of it.
That’s where you come in.
As our new Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they stay happy, sticky, and growing. You’ll reduce churn. Find upsell opportunities. Deliver product education. And be the voice of the customer inside the business.

$95,000 base salary + $20,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage a portfolio of customers and drive retention, engagement, and upsell
Deliver health checks, training, and workshops to improve product usage
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to action them
Reduce churn by proactively engaging and showing tangible value
Build case studies and collect testimonials to amplify customer stories
Handle cancellation workflows where necessary and aim to re-engage
Become a true product expert—comfortable navigating platforms with customers
Use tools like HubSpot and AirCall to stay organised, track comms, and report outcomes
Be a trusted voice in the business—sharing intel, feedback, and ideas from the front line
Attend occasional industry events and serve as a brand ambassador
You’ll Thrive Here If You’re:
A strong communicator who builds trust fast and can hold a room
Commercially sharp, understands how to connect product to value
Highly organised and able to run structured workflows and campaigns
Resilient, curious, and eager to keep learning
Empathetic, energetic, and solutions-oriented
Ideally experienced in property management or proptech SaaS—but not essential
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a customer portfolio at scale

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
