Now we’re expanding across North America, and we’re looking for an Account Executive who can drive that growth.
You’ll run the full sales cycle.
You’ll own enterprise relationships.
And you’ll do it all with the backing of a world-class delivery team and category-leading tech stack.
Why This Role?
$105K–$115K base salary + uncapped commission
OTE $145K–$165K, with accelerators for over-performance
Full-cycle role selling both software and services across mid-market and enterprise
Work fully remote with flexible travel (interstate and occasional international)
Sell with integrity, consultative, not transactional

What You’ll Actually Do:
Own your territory and quota, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
Sell both Flip and Enablo's services
Run thoughtful, insight-driven discovery with HR, Comms, Ops, and IT leaders
Deliver compelling business cases and outcomes-backed storytelling
Partner with solution engineers and vendors to shape proposals and SOWs
Maintain crisp pipeline hygiene in HubSpot for accurate forecasting
Ensure seamless handovers to delivery teams for long-term customer success
You’ll be the face of Enablo to some of the world’s most people-forward brands.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in $100K+ deal environments
Can speak the language of outcomes, not just features
Know how to engage and influence C-suite buyers across functions
Manage pipeline and CRM data with precision
Are curious, self-directed, and thrive in a remote-first, high-ownership environment
Have experience navigating vendor/partner ecosystems; or are eager to learn
Are excited by the blend of tech + consulting—not just one or the other

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
