Now we’re growing fast. And we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to step in and bridge the gap between what we’ve built and what our clients need.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll work closely with enterprise buyers, product teams, and AEs to design, deliver, and refine solutions that stick.

What You’ll Actually Do:
Partner with Account Executives during the sales process to deliver high-impact demos, discovery sessions, and solution designs
Understand complex client requirements and tailor our solution to meet them, both technically and strategically
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) processes that move deals forward and reduce friction
Support onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth technical handovers
Work closely with Product to close feedback loops and shape roadmap discussions
Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business cases for diverse stakeholders
Be the calm, confident expert in the room—whether it’s a CIO, safety officer, or ops lead
You’ll Thrive Here If You’ve Got:
3+ years in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Implementation role
Strong grasp of SaaS, cloud architecture, integrations, and enterprise system design
A sharp commercial instinct—you know how to tie features to outcomes
Excellent communication skills—you make the complex feel simple
A collaborative mindset—you work well across Sales, Product, and Success
Experience with safety, compliance, or operations software is a bonus, but not essential

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
