📞 Business Development Representative – SaaS | APAC | $80K Base / $112K OTE
Melbourne-based (hybrid) | Global software business with local scale-up energy

This isn’t your average cold-calling role.
You’ll be joining a proven sales team inside a global SaaS business that’s genuinely dominating its niche, workforce management software for cleaning, security, and field services teams.
The territory? Yours to run.
You’ll partner with an experienced Account Executive and be the driving force behind pipeline growth across ANZ.
This isn’t a script-reading, hand-over-the-lead type of gig.
You’ll work strategically, qualify like a pro, and be treated as a genuine commercial partner.

What You’ll Actually Do
Generate qualified pipeline by prospecting across the ANZ market
Use tools like SalesLoft to build cadences, outreach plans, and follow-up
Book meetings and tee up sales-qualified leads for the Account Executive
Collaborate on account planning and strategic approaches for each vertical
Track your activities, report pipeline accurately, and hit target KPIs
Be the voice of TEAM Software in first-touch conversations, you’re not just booking meetings, you’re setting the tone
What We’re Looking For
1+ year in B2B SaaS, inside sales, or a similar outbound-focused sales role
Comfortable working toward KPIs in a fast-paced, team-first culture
Strong verbal and written communication, you know how to influence
Driven by results and eager to learn, iterate, and grow fast
Bonus: Exposure to ERP, Payroll, or Workforce Management platforms

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
