We’re looking for an Account Manager specifically for Monday.Com who knows how to dig deep into existing accounts and uncover untapped potential. Someone who can build relationships, solve problems, and drive growth without needing to chase every deal from scratch.

What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of warm, engaged accounts across multiple industries
Deepen stakeholder relationships and identify new use cases
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals
Partner with Customer Success to ensure delivery drives growth
Track performance, reduce churn risk, and forecast renewals accurately
Build strategic account plans that unlock long-term value
This is account management with commercial impact, not just retention.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a SaaS Account Management or similar B2B role
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts
Confident navigating org charts, managing competing priorities, and selling value
Excellent written and verbal communication, with emotional intelligence to match
Bonus: Experience with CRMs, workflow platforms, or tools like Monday.com

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
