🏢 Account Executive – Proptech SaaS | $105K - $115k Base + Super | $180K OTE
Remote-first, with preference for NSW, VIC, or QLD

Proptech Labs builds efficiency tools that streamline communication, reduce admin, and bring clarity to the often chaotic world of property management. With strong product-market fit and a growing customer base, they’re now looking for an Account Executive to take the lead on new customer acquisition, and unlock expansion across existing clients.
This is a full-cycle sales role in a company that values both performance and partnerships. You'll be selling a proven product suite with clear ROI, backed by a team that’s collaborative, sharp, and moving fast.

What You’ll Actually Do
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to close
Generate new revenue through outbound and strategic inbound efforts
Upsell and expand existing accounts by identifying new use cases
Collaborate closely with the product and success teams to tailor solutions
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and report accurately via internal systems
Become a trusted advisor to clients, not just a salesperson
Feed insights back into the business to help shape future growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling SaaS or B2B tech (2+ years ideal)
Proptech, real-estate or Property management experience is a must.
Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen, you can talk to operators, not just tick boxes
Confidence cold calling and booking your own meetings where needed
Highly organised, curious, and driven to hit quota

$40K–$50K+ in new revenue closed each month
