Business Development Manager – SaaS Travel Tech | $80K Base + $140K OTE
Location: Melbourne or Sydney | Hybrid

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to close, with the autonomy to build your own pipeline and the support to succeed.
With a hybrid model based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you’ll have the flexibility to work your way, with a team that values performance over presenteeism.

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing
Deliver high-impact SaaS demos that align with real customer pain
Build and manage a pipeline that supports consistent growth
Use KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and stay sharp
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handovers and happy clients
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years in sales (ideally SaaS or tech-related), with some wins on the board
Strong communicator who thrives in client-facing roles
Comfortable with KPIs and motivated by hitting clear, trackable goals
Resilient, curious, and hungry to get better every month
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a high-performance team

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
