Business Development Manager
Tech, Digital & Telco | Up to $75K Base (Dep on Exp) | $140K–$160K OTE

We’re supporting a fast-growing group with two connected business units:
1️⃣ Digital & Software — delivering custom web, app, and portal development, marketing automation, CRM solutions, digital strategy, and more.
2️⃣ Telco & Technology Solutions — helping Australian SMEs streamline operations with tailored services across voice, internet, energy, IT, and security.
Together, these businesses partner with organisations across Australia to build and grow their digital presence while optimising day-to-day operations. They’re now looking for a motivated BDM to help drive that growth across a growing market.
This is a field-based sales role where you’ll be out every day meeting with business owners, running your own outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound leads, booking meetings, and closing deals — managing the full sales cycle across both business streams.

What You’ll Sell:
Website development & redesign
Marketing automation & CRM solutions
Branding, SEO, and digital strategy
IT services & custom software builds
Voice, internet, and security solutions
Energy and telco bundles tailored to SMEs
What You’ll Do:
Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings
Build pipeline through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and LinkedIn
Own your local territory across Melbourne (CBD and surrounding)
Maintain clear CRM activity and follow-up discipline
Evolve into a self-sufficient BDM that owns and crushes their quota

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
