Business Development Manager – Tech & Digital | $70K–$80K Base $140k-$160k OTE

MetaWeb is a fast-growing digital and software agency with deep capability across custom web, app, and portal development, marketing automation, digital strategy, and more. They partner with businesses across Australia to build and grow their digital presence, and they’re looking for a motivated BDM to join their Melbourne team and help drive that growth.
This is a field-based sales role. You’ll be out every day meeting with business owners, running your own outbound campaign, qualifying inbound leads, and booking meetings, and closing your own deals, managing the full sales cycle.

Website development and redesign

Branding, SEO, and digital strategy
IT Services
Custom software and portal builds
What You’ll Do:
Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings
Build pipeline through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and LinkedIn
Own your local territory across CBD and surrounding suburbs
Maintain clear CRM activity and follow-up discipline
Evolve into a self-sufficient BDM that owns and crushes their quota

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
