I’m Head of Partnership Recruitment at Pointer, working in partnership with HockeyStick Advisory. I help scaling technology companies hire the partnership roles they need to execute their strategy, from the first foundational hire through to scale.

That means working closely with founders and leadership teams to define what “good” actually looks like, shape the role, and find people who can operate in the real world, not just on a strategy slide.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across the UK, Israel, Australia, and North America, helping scale-ups, corporates, investors, and governments find the right partners and opportunities to drive growth, sustainability, and international expansion.

I launched a global expansion practice, taking 27 Australian technology companies into the UK and supporting international technology companies to secure enterprise contracts in Australia. Earlier, I spent seven years as CEO of the UK–Israel Chamber of Commerce, brokering senior partnerships with organisations including AWS, Mastercard, BT, and the London Stock Exchange, and facilitating well over £100m in trade, investment, and ecosystem collaboration.

At Silicon Valley–headquartered SVG Ventures | THRIVE, I built and led the APAC scale-up program, supporting 30 companies across three cohorts on their North American expansion, securing venture capital, corporate partnerships, and commercial traction.

Alongside this, I served as a Non-Executive Director at Rozana Australia and later stepped in as Acting CEO, leading the organisation through a period of organisational change. I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), which informs my board-level and governance perspective.

Underpinning this is my ability to work in complex, relationship-driven environments. I’m often brought in where trust matters, decisions are high-stakes, and the right connections make a meaningful difference.
