I build ecosystems and act as a connector. Over the last 15+ years I’ve worked across the UK, Israel, Australia, and North America helping scale-ups, corporates, investors, and governments find the right partners and opportunities to drive growth, sustainability, and international expansion.

At SVG Ventures | THRIVE, I built and led the APAC scale-up program, sourcing 30 companies across three programs to scale into the USA and Canada. Our founders raised venture capital and secured new corporate and sales partnerships in the USA and Canada.

Previously, I launched a global expansion practice, taking 27 Australian technology companies into the UK and landing enterprise contracts in Australia. Earlier, I spent seven years as CEO of the UK–Israel Chamber of Commerce, brokering partnerships with AWS, Mastercard, BT, and the London Stock Exchange, facilitating well over £100m in trade, investment, and ecosystem collaboration.

What I do best is connect people, ideas, and ecosystems, opening doors, building senior partnerships, facilitating high-stakes conversations that move things forward, and coaching founders and leaders through growth and change.

I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and serve as a Non-Executive Director with Rozana, chairing the Development committee and sitting on the Governance committee.
