A rapidly scaling fintech has just raised $18 million, demand is strong, and product-market fit is very real. Now they’re investing heavily in partnerships as a primary growth channel.
That’s where this role comes in.
They’re hiring multiple Partnerships Managers in Melbourne to recruit, onboard, and activate bookkeeping partners who will both use the platform internally and resell it to their client base.

What you’ll actually do
Run multiple discovery calls per day with bookkeeping firms
Recruit and sign new bookkeeping agencies onto the platform
Work toward bringing on ~10 new bookkeepers per week
Qualify, educate, and guide partners through the decision process
Onboard partners so they’re confident using the platform themselves
Enable partners to resell the platform to their client base
Maintain clean CRM records and tight follow-up cadence
Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner enablement teams
This is a high-activity, high-impact role with clear inputs and outputs.
