Business Development Representative | Fintech | $75K Base + $127K OTE | Melbourne, Australia
Break into tech sales properly. Learn the craft. Build a career, not just a CV.
This is one of those roles people look back on and say, “That’s where it started.”
An Australian fintech with genuine product-market fit has just raised $18 million and is entering its next phase of growth. Revenue is strong. Demand is real. The product sells because it solves an actual problem, not because someone forces a demo.
Now they’re building. Fast.
They’ve kicked off a dedicated outbound function, they’re investing in BDR leadership, and they’re planning to bring on three new BDRs in 2026 as part of a deliberate, long-term growth plan.
This isn’t a spray-and-pray dial farm.
It’s a structured, well-supported environment where you learn how to sell properly.
