HazardCo is expanding in Australia and hiring a driven Account Executive to convert demand, build pipeline, and grow membership across residential construction.
You’ll split your week between the South Melbourne office and working from home, reporting into the Sales Manager and working closely with the wider AU and NZ teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed customer
Responding fast to inbound leads, free trials, and partner/event lists
Running high-conversion demos (targeting 70%+ close rates) via Zoom
Prospecting into small to medium builders, franchises, and their contractors
Helping new customers set up initial projects to drive early adoption and revenue
Challenging the status quo with insights on OH&S and how tech can lift outcomes
Tailoring your approach across email, phone, Zoom, webinars, collateral, and events
Managing your pipeline so no opportunity slips through the cracks
Feeding customer and commercial insights back into product, marketing, and leadership
Working with your Sales Manager and the NZ team to hit regional and national targets
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Clear experience in solution or platform sales (SaaS / tech preferred)
Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on value and outcomes
Confidence selling to directors, franchise owners, site managers, and tradies
Persistent, resilient approach to outbound and follow-up
High urgency in your day-to-day, paired with a long-term commercial mindset
Solid understanding of how workflow tech helps SMEs run more efficiently
Comfortable presenting to small and medium groups online and in person
Proven ability to self-manage, schedule your own activity, and run a clean CRM
A clear desire to win, hit target, and help push the business forward
Bonus Points If You’ve Got
Experience in residential construction, safety, or field-based industries
Familiarity with OH&S / OHSA requirements in a practical setting
Time spent in agile, high-growth, or scale-up environments
