Now it’s time to build the outbound engine that takes this FinTech rocket from growth to dominance.
This is where you come in.
You’ll be the first BDR Manager at one of Australia’s fastest-growing financial technology scale-ups — the person who takes a blank slate and turns it into a high-performing, repeatable outbound motion.
This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a build-and-lead-from-the-front job.
You’ll hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of hungry BDRs who are eager to prove themselves in a competitive market. You’ll be the architect behind their cadences, their messaging, their multi-channel sequences, and the rhythm that keeps them sharp.
You’ll also still be close to the action. Listening to calls. Breaking down discovery. Teaching reps how to handle objections. Tracking performance and tweaking the playbook until the whole machine hums.

Now the next stage of growth is outbound-led, and this role will define it.
You’ll thrive here if you:
Have 2–5 years leading or managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS, FinTech, or a similar high-growth space.
Know what a good outbound motion looks like — and what doesn’t work anymore.
Understand how to build cadences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video that actually convert.
Can coach reps on discovery, tone, timing, and consistency.
Love the mix of data and gut instinct that comes with running a team that’s measured by both numbers and energy.
Still get a kick out of hearing a rep book a meeting the right way.
You’ll report directly to sales leadership and work hand-in-hand with marketing, rev ops, and product to create alignment across the funnel.

Comp: $150K base + $225K OTE
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)
