Loop Logics is one of the fastest-moving construction tech platforms in Australia — used by the builders who actually build. Their all-in-one platform brings quoting, job management, compliance, scheduling and analytics into one place for insurance, residential and commercial builders.
Now, they’re building their first dedicated SDR pod to power growth — and they’re hiring two high-energy SDRs to be the outbound engine of the sales team.
This isn’t “hit quota then stall.” It’s an entry point into a clear AE promotion path. You’ll be in-market with a product that solves real problems and surrounded by sales leaders who’ve done it before.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts — insurance builders, trades, and construction businesses
Make high-volume phone calls to generate qualified demos for the AEs
Qualify inbound demo requests and ensure the sales team is spending time on the best leads
Run early discovery calls to identify pain points, workflows, and solution fit
Keep your CRM spotless. Track outreach, update records, and measure progress
Work directly with leadership to refine sequences, messaging, and campaign tactics
What Success Looks Like
Daily call targets and weekly/monthly demos booked
Consistent delivery of qualified meetings that turn into real deals
Strong collaboration with your AE, learning the ropes and preparing to step up
Measurable progression toward AE within your first 12 months
What You Bring
You’re comfortable on the phone. Whether from a previous SDR role or phone-heavy role (sales, sport, telco, etc.)
High activity, high resilience. You bounce back from rejection and keep dialling
Strong communicator — clear, curious, and engaging
Commercial instinct — you know your job is to create revenue opportunities
Coachable, driven, and hungry for more. You don’t want to stay an SDR forever — and that’s the point.
Nice to Have
Prior SDR experience in B2B SaaS
Exposure to construction, trades, or field service software
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft
Experience booking demos and hitting targets in a KPI-heavy environment
