Loop Logics is growing fast. Our software simplifies job scheduling, quoting, and invoicing for trade, construction, and service businesses. The product’s strong. The market’s hot. And now we need someone who can take new customers from signed to successful.
This is not a button-pushing role.
It’s consultative. Hands-on. Outcome-driven.
You’ll be the face of Loop Logics post-sale, leading every implementation, shaping processes, and solving real-world problems for builders and contractors who finally want their systems to work for them.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through to go-live and early adoption
Run workshops, map workflows, and help customers align their processes with our platform
Own implementation timelines, milestones, and success metrics
Train users, configure the platform, and guide them through the best-practice setup
Answer support queries and guide customers through early-stage troubleshooting
Collaborate with Product and Success to improve our internal processes
Help shape the onboarding engine as we scale
Who You Are:
You’ve got 2+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience, ideally in construction, job management, or project-based software
Or you’ve been in the construction space and transitioned into SaaS onboarding
You’re a confident communicator who can guide business owners through change
You’re structured, methodical, and thrive when running multiple projects
You don’t need a rulebook—you know how to ask the right questions and recommend better ways of doing things
Bonus points for data migration, support experience, or process documentation

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
