What You’ll Do:
Drive outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and referrals
Qualify inbound MQLs with urgency, empathy, and commercial savvy
Build and manage strategic referral relationships to open new lead sources
Own your CRM (HubSpot experience ideal) and run a structured follow-up process
Work closely with the marketing and fulfillment teams to align on delivery
Track and hit KPIs around revenue, pipeline, and deal progression-
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a hunter-style BDM role, ideally in digital, webdev, SEO etc
Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and curiosity about emerging trends
Sharp organisation and time-blocking discipline—you run your day, not the other way around
Comfortable selling to SMEs and mid-market clients with a consultative approach
Resilient, solution-oriented, and confident when speaking with stakeholders at all levels
A fast learner who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-output environment
You’ll be based in Penrith (hybrid), but think bigger.
