Trellis is a leading Australian-owned SaaS company tackling one of the most complex problems in climate tech: enterprise-grade carbon accounting.
We help some of the most recognisable names in the region track their emissions with precision—using a platform powered by AI-driven data automation, auditing over 28,000 facilities and growing.
We’ve already proven the product. Now we’re scaling our reach—and we need someone who can help us forge the alliances that will take us there.
What You’ll Do:
- Spot opportunity: Identify and engage with companies that complement our offering across technology, delivery, and go-to-market partnerships
- Create value: Work directly with decision-makers to design win-win partnership models, from commission frameworks to joint marketing plays
- Own deals: Drive partner-sourced opportunities from conversation to contract, including proposal development and negotiation
- Co-build strategies: Collaborate on joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and co-branded initiatives that get attention and drive action
- Measure and adapt: Track performance, refine your playbook, and double down on what works
- Be the glue: Maintain strong ongoing relationships and become the trusted bridge between Trellis and its strategic partners
Who You Are:
- You’ve spent 5+ years building partnerships, managing alliances, or driving B2B SaaS growth in a commercial role
- You’re strategic, persuasive, and commercially sharp—but you know how to play the long game
- You have a strong understanding of market dynamics, sales cycles, and stakeholder influence
- You’re across the landscape of ESG, climate disclosures, and enterprise carbon reporting. Or eager to get there fast
- You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident reporting directly to the CEO
- You love turning handshake conversations into long-term revenue streams

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
