The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll run your own book of clients—guiding them through the world of better marketing, better selling, and smarter growth.
This is part sales, part strategy, and a whole lot of impact.
You’ll:
Run sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling needed)
Onboard clients and build 30/60/90 growth roadmaps
Coach clients through sales conversations and conversion techniques
Collaborate with our marketing team to activate campaigns
Track performance, hit retention targets, and drive revenue
Become a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board
Your Scorecard
Clients are growing — winning better deals, faster
Your portfolio grows to $150K–$200K/month
Retention is high. Churn is low (<5%)
Clients refer and renew — because they trust you
You’re on track to become a Senior AM or Team Lead
You’ll Thrive Here If:
You’ve got 2+ years in sales or account management

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
