Account Executive | SaaS Sales | Melbourne (Hybrid)
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid & Flexible)
Base Salary: $100,000 + Super
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000
- Sell a product that competes against outdated processes (spreadsheets)
- Multiple demos per day, with the ability to grow commissions with great conversion rates.
- Mixture of inbound and outbound.
- Be the first in the team and have the ability to grow as it scales.

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Account Executive to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take ownership of converting qualified leads into long-term, happy customers.
You’ll work closely with our leadership and product teams to tailor solutions, run engaging demos, and close deals. With flexible work arrangements and a supportive team behind you, this is an opportunity to sell a product you believe in and grow as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo, proposal, and close
Engage with leads from marketing and outbound channels
Understand customer needs and match them with tailored solutions
Run product demos and support stakeholders through the buying process
Manage your pipeline in CRM and forecast accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, messaging, and conversion
Contribute feedback to marketing and product based on customer insights
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, BDM or similar)
Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
Self-motivated and comfortable owning a revenue target
Tech-savvy and a quick learner — able to confidently demo product
Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow your career
A great communicator who thrives in a collaborative, customer-first environment

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
