🧩 Customer Success Manager – Tech-Savvy, Detail-Driven | $70K + $15K Bonus
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid or Remote Flex for the Right Person)
$70,000 Base (Negotiable) + $15,000 Bonus
This isn’t your average CSM role.
You won’t just be holding hands and logging tickets.
You’ll own the product inside and out.
You’ll be the person everyone goes to when they want to know how things actually work.
Sound like your kind of challenge?
Locomote is changing how businesses manage travel—and not in a clunky, old-school way. We’re a fast-moving tech company helping companies simplify, automate, and improve the way their teams book, manage, and measure travel.
We’ve got a big customer base and a small CS team. That’s why we’re hiring someone sharp, proactive, and detail-obsessed to step in and help our customers get more out of the platform.
What You’ll Do:
Learn the platform better than anyone — yes, even Ross (founder)
Deliver smart, useful onboarding that drives adoption and activation
Configure dashboards, analytics, and reporting to make customers' lives easier
Run training webinars, product explainers, and feature drops
Use tools like HubSpot to set up automated client cadences and communication flows
Support long-term retention by making sure customers feel supported, trained, and in control
Identify intent signals and product usage data to trigger touchpoints
Work closely with the current CSM to support a customer base of 180+ accounts
This role blends tech and communication. You’ll be working behind the scenes and on calls—configuring systems, launching content, and giving customers the tools to love what they use.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ve got a natural curiosity for how systems work
You’re comfortable in tools like HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and data dashboards (or eager to learn fast)
You can run a killer webinar and explain new features without losing the room
You enjoy building repeatable systems—like onboarding templates, cadences, or training modules
You’re organised, proactive, and not afraid to try something, test it, and improve it
Maybe you’ve worked in CS, support, product, or even ops—and now you’re ready to specialise
You like the idea of joining a team that’s still building and iterating—where your voice will be heard
What You’ll Get:
$70K base salary (negotiable) + $15K bonus
Direct mentorship and learning alongside an experienced CSM
A say in how the CS function evolves as we grow
Exposure to product, marketing, and data
Real impact on customer success, retention, and platform adoption
A high-growth company solving real problems in travel tech
This is your step into a CS role that blends tech, product, and customer love.
If you’ve got the mindset, we’ll back you with training, support, and growth.
