What You’ll Own:
Build the entire CS function from the ground up—onboarding, training, retention, expansion
Lead and grow a team of 3 CSMs to start and scale the team
Be the senior contact for tier 1 clients—strategic, enterprise accounts that need high-touch care
Roll out onboarding processes and tiered support tailored to contract value and use cases
Own customer health tracking, onboarding metrics, and net revenue retention
Work closely with sales to ensure clean handovers and identify upsell moments
Align workflows and training to the construction project lifecycle
Champion the customer voice in product conversations
This is not a “maintain what’s already built” role. You’ll be laying the foundation—and then scaling it.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have experience building or leading CS teams in SaaS
Know the construction space well and understand how project teams operate
Have built frameworks, playbooks, and onboarding systems before
Are commercial and metrics-driven—you think in terms of NRR, churn risk, and client lifetime value
Are confident working with product, sales, and execs
Have a calm head, clear communication, and love clean systems
Want autonomy, trust, and real ownership of a business function

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
