Operations Administrator | Corporate Uniforms | $60K + Super | Heidelberg, Melbourne
A rare job to join a business that has strong retention. Fifty years in business. A team where most people have been around for a decade. And a culture that's genuinely great.
Rodney Mark supplies corporate uniforms to security firms, councils, public transport, and healthcare providers across Australia. The business is looking to grow and they need one reliable person to step in and own the day-to-day operations.
The real selling point? The team. Small, tight-knit, informal. People pitch in for each other, stay for years, and actually enjoy the work. They need someone who fits that.
Why This Role?
$60,000 base + superannuation
50-year-old business with real growth ambitions
Small, supportive team — people stay here for a reason

What You'll Actually Do

Process orders — translate incoming orders into job cards, separate garments by supplier, and create and place purchase orders through online platforms. Accuracy and turnaround are everything here.
Process invoices accurately — raise invoices, and ensure everything is correct before it goes out the door
Manage purchasing administration — supplier communications, order tracking, delivery follow-ups, and keeping the purchasing cycle running without gaps
Handle day-to-day admin — MYOB for order and invoice management, Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication, and general operational support to keep the business ticking
Pitch in across the team wherever needed

Takes ownership and can take initiative
Genuine team player — pitches in because that's how they're wired
Communicates well
Comfortable learning new systems (MYOB experience helps, not essential)
