Why This Role?
$85K–$95K base + ~$150K OTE (uncapped)
Structured coaching, sales enablement, and peer learning
Hybrid role – 3 days in the office (St Kilda Rd), 2 days WFH (once ramped)
Cybersecurity exposure across endpoint, cloud, identity, and more
Immediate start – join a team that’s moving quickly and closing deals
What You’ll Actually Do:
Own the full sales cycle across mid-market clients
Prospect daily – you'll need to self-generate at least 30% of your pipeline
Run tight discovery with technical and non-technical buyers
Work with internal cyber specialists to map solutions
Translate complex concepts into simple outcomes that drive urgency
Track your metrics, stay on top of pipeline hygiene, and never lose momentum
Collaborate with senior leaders and sales coaches to level up every month
What We’re Looking For:
High-performing BDR ready for an AE seat or junior AE with strong qualities
Prospecting machine – this role starts with outbound
Ability to think fast, adapt messaging, and simplify technical topics
Highly coachable with a habit of reviewing calls and applying feedback
Numbers-literate – you should know your personal metrics and quota performance
Bonus Points For:
Exposure to cybersecurity products like endpoint, identity, email security, or SASE
Experience working with MSPs or in channel-based environments
Signs of personal discipline (e.g. fitness, investing, hobbies with long feedback loops)
Grit and curiosity, demonstrated, not just claimed
What Success Looks Like:
Pipeline moving because you’re driving it
First closed deal within your first quarter
Command of your numbers and discipline in your cadences
Clear progression toward becoming a mid-level AE
