You’ll be joining a global tech and digital services firm with a strong footprint across ANZ, and they’re investing heavily in local growth.
With a broad product suite, strong brand equity, and clear MRR targets, this is a role built for hungry, self-starting sellers who know how to get in front of customers and close.

📍 Why This Role?
$77,760 base salary + super + $8k Motor Vehicle Allowance
$130K OTE (realistic, with top reps earning $200K+)
$5,000 sign-on bonus for all successful starters
Fully field-based – you’ll be out meeting clients, not tied to a desk
Product set with strong market demand and deal sizes from $300–$1,500/month

🧩 What You’ll Actually Do:
Prospect into SMBs (tradies, health, local services) via inbound leads, cold calls, and self-sourced outreach
Book and attend face-to-face discovery meetings
Deliver or coordinate same-day or follow-up product demos
Sell a range of digital marketing and SaaS solutions on monthly subscription plans
Own your pipeline and close deals – target of $2,400 in new MRR per month
Use internal tools and CRM to track performance and support onboarding
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience selling into SMBs, ideally in SaaS, services, digital, or telco
Confident field seller – you’re great in person and know how to close
Prospecting muscle – you don’t wait for leads, you generate them
Resilient and proactive – you bounce back fast and keep pushing
Comfortable working a short-cycle, high-activity sales motion
Strong communication skills and ability to manage objections live
✨ Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience selling websites, SEO, Google Ads, or similar digital services
Exposure to subscription-based sales models
Background with telco, SaaS, or advertising sales
Familiarity with tools like CRMs, ChatGPT, or demo tech
🛣 What Success Looks Like:
$2,400+ in new MRR per month
30–40% of your time dedicated to booking meetings
Strong conversion from meeting to demo, and demo to close
Sales cycles from 1 day to 4 weeks
You’re part of a national cohort of BDMs, growing fast and getting results
