It’s for someone who loves sales, loves people, and is deeply allergic to mediocrity.
We’re Pointer Strategy. You may know us. We recruit and train tech sales teams across ANZ. But unlike other recruiters, we don’t charge unless our people stick. We train every rep we place. Our clients keep coming back. And competitors? Some love to hate us. (But they watch us.)

The job is recruitment. Sourcing, screening, closing.

You’ll talk to founders and sales leaders, shape offers, test frameworks, and help create one of the most effective sales hiring engines in the country.
You’ll also work directly with me. You’ll have autonomy. You’ll have trust from Day 1. And then it's your turn to maintain it every day after that.
I don’t care where you work. I don’t care when you work.
But I do care that you do the work. That you move the needle. That you think long-term, even when short-term pressure hits.
No salary in this ad. Which is not my style. But bear with me.
