What You’ll Actually Do:
Manage the full sales cycle – prospect, demo, close, and expand
Drive outbound activity, qualify inbound leads, and work tightly with the founding team
Build relationships with construction leaders and decision-makers
Educate the market on cost tracking, real-time reporting, and smarter job visibility
Hit targets, but also help define the playbook as we scale
Close deals that drive real operational change, not just cosmetic improvements

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
