Account Executive – Enterprise Sales | Mining SaaS
Location: Perth (Hybrid or On-Site)
Salary: Competitive Base + Lucrative Commission (OTE uncapped, based on multimillion-dollar contracts)

This Australian-based SaaS company provides enterprise technology solutions to help industrial businesses manage contractor workforces, improve compliance, and gain real-time visibility into project costs. With an established presence in mining, oil & gas, and heavy industry, they’re helping some of the biggest players in the sector transform their operations.
About the Role
We’re searching for a senior-level Account Executive based in Perth to own end-to-end sales into the mining sector. You’ll be responsible for opening new doors, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing complex enterprise deals.
This is a strategic growth hire for a high-performing individual with an established network in mining. You’ll play a central role in expanding footprint across Western Australia, supported by marketing, technical, and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting through to close
Leverage your existing industry relationships to drive new logo acquisition
Identify key stakeholders and map out buying committees across enterprise accounts
Lead discovery conversations, demos, and solution proposals with technical and executive teams
Manage a high-value pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance
Work closely with internal teams to align pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sale support
Represent the company at key industry events and forums
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise software sales
Proven track record closing 6–7 figure deals in complex B2B environments
Deep network and relationships in the mining sector, particularly in WA
Strong understanding of long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months)
Commercial mindset – comfortable selling on business value, ROI, and operational impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing SaaS business
Familiarity with contractor management, construction, or workforce platforms is a plus
