This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer engagement, driving expansion, retention, and upsell opportunities within an existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Growth: Identify and close upsell opportunities, expanding the use of the platform across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Customer Retention: Build strong relationships to reduce churn and ensure clients maximize the value of the software.
Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute territory plans to nurture and grow customer relationships.
Cross-Selling: Work with customers to understand their business needs and position additional solutions that align with their goals.
Consultative Selling: Sell at all levels within a client’s business, from EHS Directors to C-level executives.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Industry Networking: Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to refine customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or account management.
Proven track record of closing expansion and upsell deals within an existing customer base.
Strong ability to sell consultatively and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with C-level executives and department heads in complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong prioritization and time management skills.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
