Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and live chat, booking demos and closing sales where applicable.
Relationship Building: Forge connections with prospects and leverage existing customer relationships to generate new business.
Outbound Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns, contributing directly to business growth.
Value Demonstration: Inspire potential customers to embrace our premium plans by showcasing the value of our solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, supporting new product releases and executing the company’s sales strategy.

SaaS Sales Experience: Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Pipeline Management: Proven ability to independently build and maintain a lead pipeline.
Communication Skills: Inspiring communicator with the ability to motivate customers and drive growth.
Critical Thinking: Logical problem solver who can think on their feet to help customers overcome challenges.
Coachable & Goal-Oriented: Open to feedback and focused on daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Team Player: Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
