Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification: Leverage outbound processes and inbound lead channels to identify and qualify potential clients, focusing on professionals in research and healthcare. Must be comfortable with outbound
Client Engagement: Sell our SaaS solution to top-level HR executives (Chief Human Resources Officers, Heads of L&D, DEI leaders) and smaller business owners.
Sales Development: Build and manage pipeline to conduct sales meetings/demos and close new business.
Sales Methodology: Use SPICED methodology to close deals and earn uncapped commission.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to overall growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years proven track record in consultative B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally within HR Tech.
Curiosity & Listening Skills: Demonstrates strong questioning and listening skills to understand client needs.
Values-Driven: Commitment to the company’s mission and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Sales Skills: Comfortable selling over the phone or in person, with experience in social selling and traditional sales techniques.
Continuous Learner: Eagerness to grow and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
Independence: Ability to work effectively and autonomously without constant supervision and management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Organized & Proactive: Methodical and organised with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
