You’ve probably managed sales teams before.
Either as the manager or the player/coach.
You’ve done the 1:1s. The call reviews. The “let’s unpack that objection” chats.

Now they’re ready for the next chapter — and they need a Sales Leader to make it happen.
You’ll step into a high-performing, marketing-fuelled sales engine: inbound leads every day, a growing team of Consultants and Specialists (Closers), and a founder who’s ready to hand over the reins of leadership to someone who can coach, refine, and scale.
You’ll be running a remote team that’s already closing — but you’ll take it from good to great.
Your day will mix leadership, coaching, and systems thinking: tightening call structure, setting sharper standards, building progression pathways, and helping your team hit their number every month.
This isn’t a “report to the founder and run dashboards” role.
It’s hands-on leadership, where your fingerprints will be on every new win and every next hire.
You’ll thrive if you love:
- Coaching people to win, not just tracking metrics

- Creating systems that scale — scripts, comp plans, cadences, progression frameworks

The base? $100K–$120K.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
