You’ve probably seen it before — another “exciting SDR opportunity” that sounds the same as the last ten.

This is a chance to get in early with a FinTech that’s just come off a major raise and is now scaling for real. They’ve got serious funding, a killer product already winning in the market, and now they’re building out the team that’s going to take them from “fast-growing” to “category leader.”
That starts with the BDR team — and with you.
You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground in Melbourne, joining a new outbound function that’s getting built the right way: strong leadership, real coaching, no fluff. You’ll be surrounded by people who know how to sell, who’ve done it before, and who’ll show you how to get there faster.
Your job is simple but not easy:
Find the right people. Start conversations. Make them curious enough to want more.
You’ll use every tool you’ve got — cold calls, LinkedIn, email, video, and a few creative tricks that actually work — to connect with finance and operations leaders across Australia. You’ll learn how to open doors with insight, handle objections with confidence, and book meetings that make your Account Executives smile.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
